At-Large Sydney Agenda

The ExCom discussed the At-Large Agenda in Sydney and agreed on the following draft list of At-Large meetings:

Possible Meetings:

Sunday - ALAC and Secretariats OneDay - all day session - already set

Meetings for 1 hour with the following communities:

  • SSAC - option 1: Tuesday 1600-1700

  • GAC - scheduled for 1400-1530 Tuesday

  • GNSO User House - scheduled for 1230 - 1400 Tuesday

  • Board Breakfast - ask for Sunday, or Monday, big pref for Sun as CLO is in Geo Regions WG on Monday at breakfast

  • NCUC - request Tuesday 1830-1930

Requested Meetings:

  • Secretariat - TBC Lunch 1200-1300 Thursday informally

  • ALAC Review WG: Ask if breakfast Tuesday is possible - food take away from coffee shop in hotel lobby

  • Friday 0700-0830: ALAC & Secretariats: Wrap-Up Meeting (see if food is possible, otherwise restaurant)

  • APRALO - tentatively 0700 UTC / 1700 Sydney on 23rd June for 1 hour - ask them to move to Wed 1700-1800

  • Board/ALAC - Tuesday 23rd, request 1100 - 1230

New Meetings

  • Monday, 1100-1400: ALAC & Secretariats: Planning and Allocation of Resources. Could T Swinehart come by to hear from the ALAC on the content of the Int Gov WS)

  • Tuesday, 0900-1030: At-Large Advisory Committee: Policy Issues Discussion (TBC: Subjects and any related briefings required)

  • ExCom meeting, Friday 1400 - 1800

Meetings Which Must Be Moved

  • NCUC Meeting needs to move from its slot Monday, asking them for Tuesday 1830 - 1930

  • Please move the Travel Support for Constituencies meeting so it doesn't conflict with SOAC, and doesn't run half an hour into the reception.

Other Notes

  • We can release the room on Wednesday, provided there's a quiet space that can be used for ad-hoc At-Large working groups to meet and work undisturbed.

  • ALAC & Secretariats dinner: Monday after reception
