AI: Staff will contact Barbara once Sylvia sends her updated outreach presentation

AI: Matthias will contact the regional Secretariat to draft a set of draft questions to be included in the ALS questionnaire. (Suggested questions: How would ALS like to get involved in the WG activities? What type of WG activity do you prefer (standing/ad hoc)?

AI: Carlton will send out a community announcement on the Public Consultation Periods on Recommendation on Reconsideration Request 10-1 and Draft FY11 Community Travel Support Guidelines.

AI: Staff will send out an email to all RALOs asking them to provide regional feedback on the .XXX public consultation to be annexed to the ALAC Statement.

AI: Staff will make sure that the participants list on the wiki matches the participant to the SoI discussion

AI: Staff will start a vote on RSTEP and the two WHOIS Statement

AI: Staff will send out two seperate Doodles next week for two At-Large Webinars on June 9th/10th (one for each hemisphere). When sending out the email, participants will also be encouraged to submit suggestions to be covered in the comment sections of the Doodle.

AI: Staff will forward the comments from legal on the ABSdt documents to the BCEC

AI: Staff will add the following agenda items on the the agenda for the next ALAC call:

  • "At-Large Improvements Implemenation - Next Steps" on the agenda for the next ALAC call
  • Joint ALAC-GNSO working group (add a couple of minutes for Alan to give an update)
  • ALS Survey (present regional questions or ask regional reps to submit questions at the meeting, plus ask ALAC member what they would like to add).

AI: Staff will ask the APRALO leads whether the start of the vote for the ALAC Vice Chair positions could start on the 26th of April instead of the 3rd of May.
