• F. Seye Sylla is to serve as the AFRALO representative on the Community Call to discuss the At-Large Director selection process scheduled for 08 October 2009.

• AFRALO representatives who will be attending the ICANN meeting in Seoul are to engage in outreach activities for potential AFRALO ALSes.

• The APRALO Operating Principles are to be reviewed and then voted on during the AFRALO meeting in Seoul.

• Nominations for the AFRALO regional positions (President, Vice-President, Rapporteur) should be made during the AFRALO meeting in Seoul. Voting is to be done on-line.
