"CLO to raise the concern/issue that jonathan.zuck noted where the term 'Discretionary' a it is understood and effects the role of the Empowered Community in the Budget process , and the term usage that shows the majority of Budgeted expenditure is for activities requested/required or supported by the ICANN Community. As well as the desire to have access to greater breakdown details of this budget/expenditure at future (probably Kobe) meeting(s) of the AdHoc Committee of Community that works regularly with the ICANN.org Finance Team."
