- AI: At-Large Staff to move forward with the SOI and COI page. HU is to follow up with Ken Bouer on the automated SOI/COI template
- AI: Julie Hammer is to monitor the posting by Mikey O'Connor's comments on the Draft Statement on ICANN's Role and Remit in SSR and to then determine if the ALAC are to submit a new Statement.
- CLO: DRAFT - ICANN Language Services Policy and Procedures - If anything, the Statement is generic and supportive of the key points already made by the ALAC.
- OCL: Has there been any note of the LACRALO Statement joining the ALAC Statement?
- CLO: No, it has not.
- Proposed Revised Process for Handling Requests for Removal of Cross-Ownership Restrictions on Operators of Existing gTLDs
- AG: In the reply period, we need to determine if we will submit a revised Statement.
- CS: WHOIS Policy Review Team Final Report - The final report embraces a few things that we had suggested. I am pleased to say that they have also determined to take a more strategic approach which includes the Board. They have suggested that Compliance Staff be given a new reporting structure. They have essentially endorsed previous ALAC positions. The one issue is that they have suggested a timeline for action that may be a bit too ambitious.
- AI: On agenda pages, Statement links are to point to our community statements.
- Public Comment Solicitation for FY13 Community Travel Support Guidelines - Alan Greenberg and Tijani Ben Jemaa to hold the pen.
- Interisle Consulting Group Whois Proxy/Privacy - CS to hold the pen.

- 4. Final Review of Prague ALAC Meeting Agendas - Olivier and Staff (15 minutes)
- The agendas were reviewed and OCL asked everyone to review them.
- EL: The problem with the current Compliance workspace is that it is combining two different issues on one page: 1) draft statement; 2) questions for Compliance. - https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/x/cQvvBQ
- OCL: The presentations they give is their attempt to answer our questions. Compliance has asked that we give them our questions in advance.
- EL: I hope that the conversation we have with Compliance will not be one where we are being told the same information as every other constituency. We need Compliance to answer our specific questions.
- AG: I don't think we should be too aggressive at this meeting. There are some changes that are inevitable.
- AI: Staff are to ask if ICANN Legal, specifically JJ, can be present during the meeting between the ALAC and Compliance.]
- AI: Staff are to publicize the following page, once Evan confirms that it has been cleaned up: https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/display/atlarge/At-Large+RRR+WG+Compliance+Workspace
- 6.Digital Archery and Batching - Olivier (15 minutes)
- CS: We should not make a comment on this topic.
- EL: We have always asked that applicant TLDs not go back to the queue, but I do not think that it is absolutely necessary at this point.
- OCL: We need to determine if the system is game-able. And, if not, we need to find out if paid-for schemes offered to game the system are detrimental to the public interest.
