  Winthrop Yu:I downloaded and created a Win10 installer on a USB stick (5.8 GB).  OTOH, our Philippine NTC recently defined broadband as 256 kilobits/second. :)  ISOC-PH had 3 board members at the Senate hearing on slow PH Internet last Tuesday.
