  Silvia Vivanco:@ Ali and all, some RALOs accept individual members, for example  NARALO and EURALO. We would suggest comparing with those cases and quering them, staff can facilitate that exchange of information

  Suhaidi Hassan:but many of those people (community leaders) are already members of  certified ALS, so they cannot join as individual members?
