Action Items 23 December 2008

The deadline for draft proposal sent for the APRALO General Assembly was going to be on the 30th of January which was only 3 days after the next APRALO meeting so it has to be finalized before that.

One item for the General Assembly could be the election of the new Vice Chair. Another one could be the recommend an ALS programme so that if one ALS is registered, they can suggest more ALS to the APRALO.

Getting an ALS network map on the APRALO site because they wanted to see how wide the coverage was and where could be areas where we could encourage more ALS to join.

ALS could have a template on the APRALO site and register for their ALS status their quicker, fast track programme.

Heidi suggested getting more of the younger generation on ALS, so more new media like podcast could be used.

Pictures of people in ALS with a 150 word summary of what they do should be done too.

Encourage more ALS to have a blog to communicate with their community.

Hong and Cheryl were going to make their presentations at IGF public for people to see.
