ü Update provided on the Budget meeting of ALAC and ICANN
ü Comment on IRT report should be done on Wiki
ü Adobe connect room will be used for next meeting
ü Nick to organize a training session for people for using Adobe connect room
ü Comment on Hong’s IGF proposal for the meeting in EGYPT
ü Heidi to update the Wiki with survey results and questions of past and future
ü Chair and secretariat to ask ALS for a paragraph about themselves to use on the mapping page done by Heidi
ü Sydney ICANN information to be sent it at deadlines mentioned on the email
ü New website for travelers to ask questions and post comments
ü Continue to provide comment on ICANN issues on its forum
