The Adobe system will be used to replace the Skype system since it is more of a business portal. Also have translation benefits
Cheryl asked APRALO to have the ALAC agenda looked at before every meeting to take advantage of timing.
Some items have to be amended from the Mexico minutes since some people were not there
Proposal of IGF in Egypt had to be drafted and deadline was mid April.
Contacting staff to remind them about new ALS that the view of APRALO need to be considered, output needed after due diligence.
Having the questions and results of survey posted on WIKI
Map issue was to be taken care of by Heidi and look at the technology.
