  Maureen Hilyard:In the Pacific , PICISOC has  had a long  time relationship with APNIC. They provide training programmes each year at our PacINET . They train members, and other  local participants who attend our PacINET. They also offer general training across the region.

  Maureen Hilyard:We are holding a PacINET in a couple of weeks and APNIC has been integral to the development of our programme
