  Heidi Ullrich:Is this AI correct: A teleconference is to be organized with certain members of the ALAC and the GNSO WG on Policy and Implementation in early November.

  Carlton:@Alan: The draft does not take the position I think we all agree. Its for companies. So if a singel person has a grievance or harm, you complain to ICANN and ICANN decides if you ahve standing. And the setup is that you can be 'gamed' by being labeled a serial complainer!
  Carlton:So the DRP - the process - will not address enforcement of PIC.  And the PIC themsleves are not enforceable after the registry begins operations.  COM and ORG had PICS too!
