Review of action items

Fouad: we should note where the brochures have been distributed

Pavan: The Chinese translation of the brochures will be ready shortly

Heidi: Thanks Pavan. However, the new language policy requires us to use professional translators

AI: Pavan will inform Sophie about the new translation policy

Izumi: we should mention where the graph in the pdf version of the brochure

Discussion on the APRALO Chair/Vicechair Positions

CLO: I move that we stop the monthly meeting and we start our extraordinary meeting now
