Amal Al-Saqqaf, ISOC-Yemen:I think another reason that newcomers are few is because they don't know about the capacity building webinars because they're not yet subscribed to some mailing lists. Maybe sending the announcement to the fellowship alumni mailing lists and next generation too before every webinar would make a difference
