Strengthening At-Large Working Groups - Proposed Step

1. Update WG wiki pages/integrate with the WG page on the PAD.

2. Contact chairs to inform of plans.

3. Call to resurrect the WGs.

4. Initial call with core group of WG members (include discussion of communication/translation tools).

5. Discussion of role and process; develop WG operating procedures and officer responsibilities (07 March ALAC and Regional Leadership Working Session in Nairobi).

6. Call for repopulation of WGs (post-Nairobi).

7. WGs more self-operational (separate Adigo line for use by WGs, members take notes, etc), with staff only on calls that include policy discussions.
