  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:I doubt we need to much bling
  edmon:we need to find out what part of the 7k is used for the event itself (drinks/venue/etc.) and how much we can use for other things... also need to clarify, as holly said, whether that "contingency" amount can be mobilized for this

  Rinalia Abdul Rahim:Extract from Nov 27 Meeting Summary: Budget (as circulated by Heidi)Amount is for travel, accommodation and stipend of attendees.  The $7,500 is there for contingencies. ICANN also covers any costs for meeting rooms and technical support.
