Evan Leibovitch: (12:19) Good point. But If the issue is just technical acceptance, this is an advocacy rather than a policy efort (similar to the work done to date to encourage use of IPv6). As such I don't see much of a debate about it.
Greg Shatan: (12:23) As a concept, UA is not particularly controversial. The questions of how to advocate for it, who spends the money (and what money), where things are emphasized, etc.
