Bastiaan Goslings:apologies
Maureen Hilyard:@Alan I understand and thank you
Bartlett Morgan:Apologies for being late all... this meeting conflicted with a work engagement of mine
Gisella Gruber:Welcome Bartlett
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:fraught with danger IMO
Maureen Hilyard:Where is the transparency?
Maureen Hilyard:LOL
Leon Sanchez:My reading on the situation is that the OEC needs the mapping because they realize the recommendations made by the Reviewer are so flawed that they need to understand how can they possibly be implemented
Leon Sanchez:that is OF COURSE a personal reading of the situation
Holly Raiche:Thanks Leon for that feedback
Leon Sanchez:I would definitely recommend this be a topic for the ALAC-Board meeting
Leon Sanchez:even if in AOB
Heidi Ullrich:• Possess IGF experience through previous attendance at national, regional or global IGF meetings• Possess significant knowledge of At-Large policy issues and how they could impact end users• Unlikely to attend if not funded through this program
Heidi Ullrich:• Commit to management of booth at the IGF• Schedule/implement outreach and engagement activities• Lead on information of At-Large activities
Holly Raiche:I think all of the criteria are helpful
Maureen Hilyard:Conflict of interest for me. I'm applying :)
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:I agree Alan
Heidi Ullrich:To confirm, they do NOT need to be an ALAC member, correct?
Heidi Ullrich:So open to anyone who meets the criteria?
Heidi Ullrich:Also, who will be the final person/group who decides?
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:I would think do, but they can be one of course
Holly Raiche:Agree with Tijani
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:agree with you Titanium reporting is important
Holly Raiche:AGree with Tijani's points about commitment
Leon Sanchez:Agree that the booth is peripheral
Bartlett Morgan:I agree with Tijani's point about engagement as well
Leon Sanchez:+1 Cheryl
Heidi Ullrich:Are these criteria agreed: Possess IGF experience through previous attendance at national, regional or global IGF meetingsPossess significant knowledge of At-Large policy issues and how they could impact end usersUnlikely to attend if not funded through this programRequired to actively participate in as many Workshops as posslbeRequired to network and provide feedback to the ALAC
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:good work on that Alan

Cheryl Langdon-Orr:indeed OCL
Leon Sanchez:Indeed Alan
Bastiaan Goslings:See you there ;-)
Leon Sanchez:I mean, indeed OCL on the congratulations to Alan
Leon Sanchez:I think it should be top priority Alan
Leon Sanchez:+1 Tijani
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:agreed Tijani being participant
Leon Sanchez:There’s concern that the RT is mission creeping as per the scope of work
Leon Sanchez:there seems to be some proposed actions that apparently fall far from ICANN’s mission
Leon Sanchez:I mean in relation with the ICANN bylaws
Leon Sanchez:I need to leave the call now
Heidi Ullrich:Take care, Leon
Leon Sanchez:my apologies for not being able to stay till the end
Leon Sanchez:thanks everyone and talk to you all soon
