Leon Sanchez:My reading on the situation is that the OEC needs the mapping because they realize the recommendations made by the Reviewer are so flawed that they need to understand how can they possibly be implemented

Heidi Ullrich:• Possess IGF experience through previous attendance at national, regional or global IGF meetings• Possess significant knowledge of At-Large policy issues and how they could impact end users• Unlikely to attend if not funded through this program
Heidi Ullrich:• Commit to management of booth at the IGF• Schedule/implement outreach and engagement activities• Lead on information of At-Large activities

Maureen Hilyard:There are 40 ALSes funded by ICANN and about a dozen other ALS members who are coming through other various means including self-funding
