  Tijani BEN JEMAA:Holly, Since not all the At-Large consider thelselves as civil society, I think that it is the RALOs work to help those ALSes that consider themselves as civil society to step in and participate actively  in the Civil society movance

Those interested in civil society issues are probably already involved in those issues.  And when ICANN issues raise civil society type issues, then we can be involved. - and those who are really involved in civil society can take the lead

  Heidi Ullrich:It might be useful to link them to the RALO strategies and base the ROI on that

  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:and this makes it difficult to trace the source of the ALS interest back to a CROPP trip

  Holly Raiche:Maybe this whoe topic can be discussed more fully at Marrakesh (in our spare 15 minutes!)

  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:Outside CROPP, for example the first time I met with the representative from the recent Lebanese accredited ALS was in Bali in 2013 - two years ago!!!
