A result is a situation when we see a change in a situation. It is a cause and effect relationship in rolling out strategies. These strategies predict possible impacts, the outcomes and the outputs of these strategies Key is in the process is evaluation of the performance where we can objectively measure how well the results are achieved and inherent in the model we have room for ways and means to improve on the measures
