  • The first Phase 1 Newsletter is to be release on 31 March. 
  • The Pre-Summit Newsletter will be sent every two weeks.
  • The Summit Newsletter will be sent daily during the Summit. 
  • Dev Anand Teelucksingh will be in charge of the content of the Newsletter and will liaise with the Communications WG and staff. 
  • Member of the Communications WG who will be at the Summit: Darlene Thompson, Olivier Crepin-Leblond, Dev Anand Teelucksingh, Eduardo Diaz, Konstantin Kalaitzidis, Sergio Salinas, Matthieu Camus, Juan Manuel Rojas and 3 co-chairs.
  • Members of the WG are to be allocated by their skills, etc. 
  • Gisella Gruber to send Doodle to set the time of the 5 March 2014 call.
