This is the first response by the Communication's Group to the request by ICANN staff and ICANN Online Community Services sent to the group on April 25, 2014. This first response was sent by Maricarmen Seguera on April 26, 2014.
Please notice that the deadline for comments is Friday, 2 May, 2014. Your comments are welcomed.
The initial request was as follows:
"Dear All,
At-Large Staff and ICANN Online Community Services are happy to work with you on developing the ATLAS II web presence.
We are aware that a tentative website has been designed (see: http://www.icann.lupa18.org/) and are prepared to use or duplicate as much of its design as possible.
However, so that our web experts can assist with recommending the best solution for your needs, we would like to ask you to clarify your high level requirements, operational considerations and design needs.
Please could you assist us by responding to the following questions and noting their priority, where relevant, by Friday, 2 May if possible?"
