Heidi Ullrich: On the 2012 workspace, under references, is the FY12 budget workspace. This contains the requests from At-Large last year. 

Dev Anand Teelucksingh: Actually, with LACRALO extraordinary request, if appoved, would that cost be taken out from FY13 budget?

Heidi Ullrich: @Dev, no. That would not be possible. 

Dev Anand Teelucksingh: No, my concern was that if LACRALO events are approved, then the budget amt available for FY13 would be reduced
