  Eduardo Diaz:I think that if we introduce every ALS it will take more than an hour. Say you take 30 seconds for each it will take 152/30=

  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:this is going to be super boring start with presentation of all ALSes
  Eduardo Diaz:We can give the ALS the list of who is there
  Heidi Ullrich:We could also have color coded lanyards
  Heidi Ullrich:identifying each RALO: AFRALO - orange, APRALO - red, etc
  Eduardo Diaz:We can have diferent colors hat for each RALO
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:they used to do this with 30 ISOC Chapters -- in "ISOC Chapters meeting" and they scrapped it because it took 2 hours and everybody ended up reading their emails instead of listening
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:so we need different type of introduction

  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:I suggesting using the social events to have peolple introduce themselves to each other
  Heidi Ullrich:we could have the RALO Chair say a few words while all the ALSEs from that RALO stand up

  Sylvia Herlein:I liked the idea about a list by ralos
  Heidi Ullrich:the Saturday lunch could be an ice-breaking social event lunch
  Sylvia Herlein:maybe with a name and photo???

  Sylvia Herlein:so in registrement we can give a color shirt by ralo and ask them to wear it in the first sesion
  Eduardo Diaz:We should do a dinner SAturday and Sunday. We just need sponsosr for that.
  Roberto:GAC and GNSO will be there on Saturday - for others we might check
  Eduardo Diaz:We have been igoing back and forth beetwen 3 & 4
  Eduardo Diaz:The  themes for the  breakout sessios should be linked to the overarching theme in some way
