ATLAS II RALO General Assembly Requirements

AFRALO

Duration: 2 hrs

AFRALO is planning to hold its General Assembly in line with ATLAS II in June 2014 in London.  

We would like a meeting space for 30-35 people, including projectors, remote participation and translation services etc.  

Interpretation FR/EN

In addition to the general assembly we would like to have as usual a joint AFRALO/AfriCANN meeting. 

APRALO

Duration:  2 hrs 

APRALO also is planning to have its monthly meeting in London. I also apply to you with the request to have a room for about 40-45 people. No specific technical equipment besides what we usually have for the monthly meetings is not needed.

EURALO

Duration: 2 hrs

This is just to note that EURALO is planning to have its next F2F General Assembly in line with ATLAS II in June 2014 in London (where most of our members qualified to participate).

Regarding the requirements: We just need a simple side room for this for about 30 to 35 people and no simultaneous translation or remote participation and the like. A beamer and screen could be useful. We don't think that our London GA should be considered as a main session on the ATLAS II program -- it's rather more an appreciated  complementary regional session (one meeting for 2 hours) at any time during the summit. Any informal get-togethers of EURALO folks during the London week we will organize by ourselves. That's all!

LACRALO

Duration : 3 hrs with a 20 mins break

NARALO 

Duration: 2  hours

Room Requirements 

• We just need room for  30 to 35 people 
• No simultaneous interpretation service.     
• Need  remote  participation
• Microphones and amplification 
• Recording of the meetings
