  Berry Cobb:@Theo - that is in reference to the first recommendation that discusses Contractual Compliances 3 year plan - which aligns to Resolution 1 that started this effort.....await CC's completion of the 3 year plan.

  Berry Cobb:I think the only way this became a "Staff Thing" is lack of volunteers.  The Alumni group document never mentioned that it be staff led.

  Berry Cobb:The RAPWG started in 2009.....concluded 3Q2010

  Berry Cobb:that's the kind of question that would belong to a framework that a future WG would use.  That framework would be a series of questions that should be answered when thinking about asking for data/reports
