  Berry Cobb:Yes, this is a non-PDP effort, meaning any recommendations will not become conensus policy.  However reventual recommendations could lead to future PDPs that may have consensus policy requirements.

  Berry Cobb:but this does not stop us from recommending best practices, etc.
