At-Large Captioning Pilot to create criteria 2015-08-19 Action Items

• Heidi Ullrich to look into the number of slots to be covered by  the project and whether a slot is considered to be 60 minutes.

Criteria for Captioning

Criteria listed in order of priority. Requests for captioning have to meet at least one of these criteria to be put on the list for captioning

1) Are there persons with disabilities or with limited bandwidth participating?

2) Are there webinars of general interest to the ICANN community that would increase the engagement of non-native English speakers?

3) Are the meetings or discussions about accessible tools or software?

• 4. Glenn McKnight and Silvia Vivanco to work on an evaluation shall be sent to the attendees at the end,
• 5. Glenn McKnight  to lead on publicity for the captioning project. Judith and the TF to provide content. The publicity is to start during ICANN 54.
