Action Items: 2019-08-05 At-Large Technology Task Force Call

• Mark Segallto work with team to determine criteria for knowledge management tool: "to track several threads and make these easily accessible to participants, including historical perspectives, without creating an undue amount of work for ourselves". (I.e. in contrast to Slack).
• Judith Hellerstein requested a potential survey for communities in At-Large to be surveyed on criteria for a knowledge management tool.

How ICANN Board responds to At-Large Advice - Board Tracking Tool:

Internal tool with Salesforce, uses PDFs for reports, some are searchable. Each PDF is for each SO/AC so it’s not searchable across SO/ACs at this point: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/board-advice-status-report-pdf-28feb19-en.pdf
 

• Heidi Ullrichto confirm on ARR call whether PDF may be made searchable on Board Advice page: https://features.icann.org/board-advice - Dev Anand Teelucksingh asked:
  1) How can ICANN Board Advice / decisions be searchable by topic? For example: show all Board decisions related to WHOIS over time.
  2) Can the Advice from AC/SOs to the Board be searchable by topic? For example, show Advice from ALAC on WHOIS over time. Note: All ALAC advice / statements are searchable by keywords / filters on the At-Large website policy summary: https://atlarge.icann.org/policy-summary. Community would like this noted on the ICANN.org Board Advice page / pdf. 
  3) Related to the Advice submitted by AC/SOs and Board responses - is the actual text of the advice received by the Board and the Board responses searchable?
