As part of the work for At-Large Community Onboarding being done by Dev Anand Teelucksingh, Isaac Maposaand beran.dondehgillen for the ICANN Community Onboarding Project, this is a preliminary first draft of "What is the DNS?"
Its goal is to give an basic understanding of the underlying concepts on
- the DNS
- how the DNS is coordinated
to those persons that could be potential members of At-Large.
