  Glenn McKnight:On this topic,  it's not  just  financial  support that is important but  invitation to VP outreach events  in tandem.  Right now  we have a disconnect with Regional  VP's and our  our  RALO outreach

  Glenn McKnight:The Captioning pilot is for  three activiies.   We have produced an evaluation survey with staff for these pilots.  we are looking for  best  volunteer locations

  Maureen Hilyard:Capacity Building has developed several webinars about ICANN.. they just need to be presented to ALSes in a more user friendly way.
