  Glenn McKnight:Our  last  NARALO  trip for IHTC   was the  PRIVACY PANEL  that  Louis  Houle  participated.  We managed to get the  registration fees  waived.  I reminded Louis  to send in a  report

  Darlene Thompson:Thank you Glenn.  One thing we are still missing is regional approval of the IEEE meeting.  We need to know if anybody from the GTA area wishes to take on this role and then, if not, whether the region approves this.  Time is also of the essence.
