  • Dev to create presentation link on Google Docs mapping out conferencing features and which ones would suit At-Large WG and others needs.
  • Google doc to be created regarding Rec 26, documenting it in more detail to present at the Singapore meeting; what we think would be features of a Policy Management Process.
  • Need to track progress on other Recommendations: https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/x/Z4brBQ
  • Get the documented the list of the policy development process from RIRs (e.g. APNIC) & see what system that they are using to track policy
  • Staff to create a wiki page (sub-page of Rec 26) that documents the policy development process for community members to comment on
  • TTF to forward list of Recommended Topics for Monthly calls to TFF and other At-Large lists for input and additional ideas.
  • Dev and Glenn to work on call formatting
  • TTF to produce summary report on web conferencing tools.
