  Evan Leibovitch:Not sure that scope is an issue. Anyone can RAISE an issue but it has to go through all of our process to make it out the other end as an official "objection"

  Evan Leibovitch:Nice design... and the idea of a logo for the applicant support program ... as long as it's widely applied within ICANN and not just used in social media (and as long as it's not interpreted as the blue guy pulling the green one down ;-) )
