  Evan Leibovitch:So long as it doesn't violate any of the AG principles, IMO it's submitted to the Board for information, and to Staff as part of the process

  Evan Leibovitch:The theory is that ALAC has oversight over the Board, not vice versa.

  Evan Leibovitch:The timing is early ... but just as applicants have been getting ready, surely potential objectors have been preparing as well, at least those who are aware of what's going on
