  Evan Leibovitch:I get the intent. It really worked well at Netmundial and ICANN would like to replicate that success.

  Maureen Hilyard:its a reality that ALSes aren't going to be able to come to every meeting, and hubs would be a good idea.

  Evan Leibovitch:The point is that for t-Large to be truly bottom up it CANNOT depend on F2F for everything, even critical meetings.
