1. Euralo members to start drating the Annual report and second part of the Agenda.

Drafting  team :

@Olivier Crépin-Leblond, @yrjo.lansipuro , @roberto.gaetano  and @wolf.ludwig 

The document will be circulated 2 weeks before the GA.

2. Staff will be preparing a Welcome package for EURALO members and ribbons to identify members. Wolf to send the documents to staff in advance for printing.

3. Sponsorship for networking event: @Olivier Crépin-Leblond to follow up with some companies for fundraising.

2.  Staff to check URL on facebook page to edit the EURALO business card.
