• 30 students will attend from Rabat; Students:

Tentative Schedule

• Monday: Welcome Register Introductory Briefing Participation in At-Large meeting
• Lunch Breakout into various ICANN sessions

• Tuesday: AFRALO/AfrICANN meeting with students (11-12:30)

Lunch Trip and event at Marrakech University (13:45-17:00) 

Students depart for return to Rabat ICANN Schedule: Monday (17:00-18:30)

Welcome Ceremony 18:30-19:30 - Community cocktails Social Event - In the evening during community cocktail.

Likely some entertainment.

Hot Topics - Workshop dedicated and invite students to attend .

Students are aware of ICANN. Heidi proposed two suggestions:

1) Networking during Community Cocktail on Monday 

• aziz.hilali  to start thinking of entertainment within the budget;

2) AFRALO AfrICANN Meeting on Tuesday 10:30-12:00.

• Gisella Gruber  and aziz.hilali to continue coordinating in the meantime. 
• Silvia Vivanco to open a wiki page for AFRALO Marrakesh ICANN 65 Events
• Next Prep call Yesim Saglam to send a doodle for a call during the week of April 29, we will use the ZOOM platform
