2021 Action items - AFRALO Monthly

@Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to work with the AFRALO Newsletter team to ensure the AFRALO newsletter is published by the end of January. 

@Hadia Elminiawi to lead an item on Capacity Building activities, including webinars as a standing item on future AFRALO monthly calls. 

The AFRALO Newsletter Editors are to invite Matogoro. to prepare a brief article on the UA for the next AFRALO Newsletter. 

 @seun.ojedeji; @aziz.hilaliand @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bongto prepare a FY21 RALO Discretionary Request for promotional items. 

AFRALO Leadership in coordination with  staff to follow up on the status of ISOC Mauritius as an ALS

@bram.fudzulani will check the list of topics already submitted in the AFRALO Webinars series topics so they can serve as guidance for the members who wish to respond.

@Evin Erdogdu (Deactivated)to publish the AFRALO Newsletter in EN format first and send the request for FR translation.

@Isaac Maposaand @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bongto follow up on next steps for the Operating Principles Individual membership WG, contact staff with preferred days and times to send a doodle for a call by end April.

@Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to include the PDP WG transfer policy in the upcoming monthly meetings.

 @DANIEL NANGHAKA, Raymond and other members of the PDP WG transfer policy to provide status reports beginning from the June monthly meeting.

ROP Co-chairs @Isaac Maposa and @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong will share the draft in the  google doc with AFRALO members requesting comments by 15 October.

The Co-chairs will send the final document by Oct 20th to  AFRALO Leadership to coordinate the voting process of the document with staff.

@Abdeldjalil Bachar Bongto send the draft AFRALO-AFRICANN document to AFRALO's mailing list requesting comments or edits by Friday Oct 8.

@seun.ojedejiand AFRALO leadership to recommend positively the application # 322 to the ALAC to be accepted as AFRALO member.
