2022 Action items - AFRALO Monthly

@Michelle DeSmyter to schedule the next AFRALO Monthly call for January 11th 2023 at the usual AFRALO call times. 

@seun.ojedeji, @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong  and @aziz.hilali  to coordinate the next AFRALO Newsletter with @remmy.nweke and the AFRALO newsletter team

@Silvia Vivanco to add as standing item to ALAC reports "AFRALO Items to be presented to the ALAC" by ALAC members.

@seun.ojedeji  and @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to approve pending Individual membership application from Annett Bonuke 

@Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong  to add the item of the AFRALO GA will be included as standing item on the Monthly call Agendas

@Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong  to send the FINAL version of the ICANN 75 AFRALO-AFRICANN statement to staff so it can be forwarded to the Board as usual

@seun.ojedeji and @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to send the list of individual members applicants approved by AFRALO as well as those individuals who are not approved.

@Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to add an update from  AFRALO individual members as standing  Agenda item. Item should be :"Recent and upcoming AFRALO/ALS activities and Updates from Individual Members (All)"

@Claudia Ruiz to check if the link to the GDPR mailing list subscription can be added to the individual application form. 

@seun.ojedeji @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong and AFRALO leadership to look into organizing a brief homage to Baoduin, possibly during the AFRALO-AFRICANN session in coordination with the GSE team for Africa

@seun.ojedeji, @Silvia Vivanco and @Claudia Ruiz to coordinate the launch of the individual membership representative election after ICANN 74 meeting.

@Yaovi Atohoun to share all upcoming Regional events with AFRALO members on the AFRI-discuss mailing list.

@bram.fudzulani to organize the next AFRALO Webinar on the topic Universal Acceptance (consistent with the topic of AFRALO-AFRICANN ICANN 75 meeting “Universal Acceptance acceptance as a means of accessing the internet in local languages “  

@Heidi Ullrich to ask the ICANN travel team when the process for ICANN75 visas will begin. 

@bram.fudzulani to share the link to the draft FY23 AFRALO Strategic Plan with the AFRALO Membership. 

AFRALO members to send content  for the next AFRALO newsletter to @Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong and the editing team by Friday, 8 July. 

@Yesim Saglam to resend the GDPR form to all individual members so they can be subscribed to the  existing mailing list
