  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:large rooms with interpretation will be used for the 2 regions that are bilingual

  Wolf Ludwig:Is this timeline -- in a month / January -- not too tight and ambitious to "finalize" the ATLAS II program, Tijani?
  Eduardo Diaz:ALAC should see something during the ALAC monthly call in January
  Wolf Ludwig:Let's be realistic: "my" proposal will be seen and hopefulla commented by few people only again -- we should provide and invite for more opportunities for "consultation and comments"!
  Matthieu Camus:I completely agree with the necessity to "finalize" but considering the consultation needs, some people may be unreachable or unavailable during the Christmas period.
  Wolf Ludwig:Are the regional GAs really a "priority" for Sunday? In Mexico we had them later ... ?
