Yrjö Länsipuro:In fact, there are no ALS's in Denmark, Norway or Sweden. Perhaps ICANN58 could be used to drum up interest in setting up ALS's there.
Dev Anand Teelucksingh:there is a fellow from Portugal attending for the first time ever and there is ISOC Portugal ; for Spain 2 ALSes are there, but no fellowships
