Gisella will send out a Doodle for the next ExCom meeting. Possible dates are in the beginning of the week of October 5th.

CLO will draft a short Statement to the Board to highlight the unreasonable delay in translations. She will send it to Sebastien for further edits.

Nick will submit a list of ICANN document where the deadline has been grossly missed and a list of previous Stateent where this matter has already been raised.
