Most of SSAC's work over the last three months was focused on discussing the Root Scaling Study report and the TNO report.

An issue was raised by one of the SSAC members regarding accessibility of to the root servers for users located in less-well connected parts of the world, especially those on satellite links. The SSAC member would like to brief the At-Large community on this issue at the earliest convenience.
