AI: Staff to prepare Capacity Building Certificates for the ALS representatives who complete the NARALO Capacity Building sessions in Toronto. These certificates are to be signed by the CEO, Chair of ALAC, and Chair of NARALO. The certificates are be distributed at the final Capacity Building session on Thursday, 18 October 2012 in Toronto. These certificates are to be signed by the CEO, Chair of ALAC, and current Chairs of their respective RALOs. The certificates are be distributed at the RALO Anniversary Event on 15 October 2012 in Toronto by Olivier. (SV to complete with assistance from HU)
