  Glenn McKnight:Today's   CBC  Radio Show  SPARK  had a  guy who simplied the  USER Contracts  EULA  for software companies  and this guy  revamped the  APPLE USER GUIDE. .   The informaiton  gets a  bit wonky when you go deeper into the ALAC

  Glenn McKnight:We need  a have a Communication Intern  to review our  online communication

  Heidi Ullrich:Could all of these topics  be discussed in one or two sessions on Outreach/Inreach?

  Heidi Ullrich:Both could come under the development of a NARALO Communication Strategy.

  Heidi Ullrich:The new head of Communications, Sally Costerton, would likely be able to attend one of these sessions.

  Heidi Ullrich:We will be scheduling four, two hour educational sessions to run before each day of theICANN meeting in order to bring people up to speed on ICANN Policy, hear from the chairs of each AC and SO,develop a Communication Strategy and to plan for the future of the RALO.
