Sarah K and Newsletter team to coordinate and send a production timeline to Silvia Vivanco to post on the WG wiki page. The WG team to allocate 10 week days for official FR translation in the schedule.
The Newsletter team agreed as methodology going forward to freeze the document once the EN version is final.
The Newsletter team will add a "translation widget" to the newsletter draft document.
