Action Items from Durban Showcase on 19 June 2013:

aziz.hilali  to contact the Chair of the South African ALS  ASAP, Alan Levin. - Completed

• Tijani BEN JEMAA to contact Uniforum and to draft a note for Aziz who will then contact Alan Levin. - Completed
  
• matt.ashtiani to work on the budget with Heidi  and adjust it to the format used by ICANN.- Completed
• Heidi Ullrich to research on the Universities to be invited.
• aziz.hilali to give the group a budget for the booklets (which could be printed in Morocco at a cheaper price)
  
• All. To think of a theme (assuming we have the local community and come up with ideas for next week.
  

 Action Items from Durban Showcase on 26 June 2013:

• fatimata.syelsylla to draft questions for the speakers (local community) and send them to the participants of this call.
• matt.ashtiani to create a Showcase Website in the next few days 
• Heidi Ullrich to send invitations to OCL, Fadi, Steve Crocker, Sebastian to participate in the Showcase.
• fatimata.syelsylla to ask if the management fee includes hotel booking and flights logistics.
• fatimata.syelsylla to find dancers and music
• Gisella Gruber to try to find options for dancers/music for no more than $ 420.
