  • Ariel Liang to obtain more information on the RFP and vendors selected, including vendor currently being used by MSSI.
  • Ariel Liang  to raise concerns from At-Large on EN only captioning with LS.
  • Process to request captioning from LS: deadline - 72 hrs ahead of the call, cancelation- 24 hrs - otherwise call will be charged to the department

  •  Capacity Building WG to schedule meeting with LS and Ariel during ICANN 61 to assess captioning program.
  • Judith Hellerstein to send a note to Ariel outlining concerns on use of mobile devices and other languages needs  to be sent to LS.
  •  Ariel Liang to send a survey to the group for review and feedback.
