• Evin Erdogdu (Deactivated) to confirm with hadia.elminiawi , Maureen and CPWG Co-Chairs on confirming the ALAC statement on Priority 2 Policy Recommendations for ICANN Board Consideration from EPDP Phase 2.
• Evin Erdogdu (Deactivated) to coordinate with Justine Chew and Maureen on finalization of ALAC statement on Subpro, and launching the related ALAC vote. Evin to send the document for final CPWG comment after the meeting today with deadline for tomorrow, 14 January at 19 UTC.
• Michelle DeSmyter to schedule next CPWG for Wednesday, 20 January at 13:00 UTC.
• Alan Greenberg and hadia.elminiawi to draft ALAC statement on ODP (due by 22 January).

Notes:

Carlos Raul Gutierrez, ALAC Member from LACRALO and IGO WT member requested discussion about remit of CPWG/ICANN in terms of Internet content regulation. If not AOB on call, then potential item for discussion on next CPWG. 

Alan noted that no need to submit an ALAC statement on Priority 2 Policy Recommendations for ICANN Board Consideration from EPDP Phase 2. But Hadia has drafted potential response. Alan noted ALAC Chair may wish to decide.
